A reviewed profile, not a referral
Every sign-up goes through a checklist of objective criteria before entering the roster. The review stays on record, with the name of whoever approved it.
Main crew and backups from the start
A job is created with the number of main and backup people it needs. If someone withdraws, the replacement queue is already defined.
Attendance with a trail
Check-in, check-out, lateness and post are recorded on the day. At the end you get the event report as a spreadsheet.
